Shipping & Returns
Goods will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of your order. Please note that due to the extensive range of products available (over 30,000 stationery items and over 6,000 textbooks) we do not always have stock on hand for what you may order, and some goods are not generally carried in stock. Our website does not reflect our current stock in our retail store. If we do not have an item in stock we will order it in from the supplier to satisfy your order as soon as possible following receipt of your order and will then ship to you as soon as we receive stock. Where all items are in stock we aim to ship your order within 2-3 working days. Where items are out of stock or on back order with the publisher/distributor, we will keep you informed of any delays through our order tracking system.
When going though the checkout you will have the option of selecting standard parcel post or Express Post. Please note that whilst in most cases the costs shown will be an accurate reflection of the real postage cost, we do reserve the right to adjust the price charged for shipping if the calculated cost does not reflect the real cost of the chosen shipping method. If the real cost is higher than the calculated cost, you will be contacted before any additional charges are imposed.
For any goods received which are faulty, damaged or supplied in error, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for return and replacement of the items concerned.
