Shipping

Business Account Customers
 
Goods will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of your order. Please note that due to the extensive range of products available (over 30,000 stationery items) we do not always have stock on hand for what you may order. If we do not have an item in stock we will order it in from the supplier as soon as possible following receipt of your order and will then ship to you as soon as we receive stock. For orders received before 10am, we aim to have your order to you that day. Orders received after 10am will be delivered the following day. You will be informed either by telephone call or through our order tracking system of any delays. If there are delays due to suppliers being out of stock, we will let you know.

Retail Customers

Goods will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of your order. Please note that due to the extensive range of products available (over 30,000 stationery items and over 6,000 textbooks) we do not always have stock on hand for what you may order, and some goods are not generally carried in stock. Our website does not reflect our current stock in our retail store. If we do not have an item in stock we will order it in from the supplier to satisfy your order as soon as possible following receipt of your order and will then ship to you as soon as we receive stock. Where all items are in stock we aim to ship your order within 2-3 working days. Where items are out of stock or on back order with the publisher/distributor, we will keep you informed of any delays through our order tracking system. 

When going though the checkout you will have the option of selecting standard parcel post or Express Post. Please note that whilst in most cases the costs shown will be an accurate reflection of the real postage cost, we do reserve the right to adjust the price charged for shipping if the calculated cost does not reflect the real cost of the chosen shipping method. If the real cost is higher than the calculated cost, you will be contacted before any additional charges are imposed.

 

Refunds

Please make your selections carefully, as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind.
 

Returns

For any goods received which are faulty, damaged or supplied in error, please email us at sales@schoolandoffice.com.au and we will arrange for return and replacement of the items concerned.

Orders from outside Australia

Please note that we do not ship outside Australia, and do not accept orders from outside Australia.
